We have had a very fun Christmas Eve! This morning we headed to Sioux Center to Casey's Bakery for some gifts to bring home, then got to have a yummy lunch there and of course Merritt got to pick out a cookie, he actually picked out one the very same snowman cookies my Momma had brought to the hospital when he was born! Then I got all sad that he is going to be 2!!! Why does time have to go so fast!?!!? After I pulled myself together, we headed home for naps! Then we played and packed our bags for MS! When The Farmer came in from chores, he read Twas The Night Before Christmas, then we let Merritt open his presents from us!! For supper we had yummy pulled pork sandwiches and cheesy potatoes! Then Merritt had a quick bath and now we are all laying on the couch watching Polar Express....counting down the hours until Santa comes! :)
