We had quite the snow storm last night and woke up to over 5 inches of fluffy white snow...in April!! Blah! 

At least I finally remembered to set out a bowl to catch some snow for snow ice cream!! Merritt had never had it (The Farmer hadn't either!) This was the sole reason I wished for snow as a child, and growing up in Mississippi I could could count on one hand how many times we had snow ice cream! I have been meaning to make it for awhile but I kept forgetting to put a bowl out! Lets hope this will be the last chance until November!! :)  Merritt thought it was so fun!! We just mixed the snow with sweetened condensed milk and taadaa, snow ice cream!! 

well now that we got that done, can spring come please?!?!  :)
