We had a little feast on Tuesday for Mardi Gras! It was supper yummy! The red beans and rice were not terribly spicy, but Merritt said it burned his throat...McCoy on the other hand gobbled up two helpings! Momma's little Cajun! :)

The Farmer looks forward to the King Cake bars all year...he always asks why I don't make them more often...duh, they are only for Mardi Gras!! hehe :)
